As website administrator executive, I helped shape University College Student Alumni Association's (UCSAA) online presence to keep members up to date with events and activities and to serve the group's mission: to bridge the gap between students and alumni.
We Give Books is a digital approach by the Penguin Group and the Pearson Foundation that allows anyone with Internet access to read books online and donate them to children in need around the world.
As a web developer, I helped create the website for the Vietnamese Association of Toronto (VAT) to outreach their community in the greater Toronto region.
Ignite is a Vietnamese cultural show organized and held by Vietnamese students of 12 universities in Ontario to learn, embrace and preserve the culture.
Occasionally, I come up with different designs for my portfolio either to sharpen my skills or out of some inspiration but mostly the later. In this case, I was inspired by the Fresh 2.0 icon set by Icon Eden.
Another design for my portfolio that came out of interest throught years of reading Chinese Wuxia novels by Jin Yong and watching kung fu cult.

Hi there! Once again my name is Tri Vuong (pronounced Tree Von, in case you wonder). I specialize in front-end solutions with HTML, CSS, and jQuery as my tools of the trade as well as back-end programming with the widely adopted PHP language.
I love web design and development with a passion. I constantly learn and research new techniques for my projects or simply just for fun. I've also worked on a few different projects with serious dedication to each of them.
When I'm not in front of my computer, I love to read and watch movies. I've started reading National Geographic Magazine since August 2009 and quickly fell in love with the eye-opening experience that it offers. On the movie side, I'm a fan of Bruce Lee, Jet Li, Donnie Yen, Jackie Chan and all Hong Kong based martial arts epic.
